Information clause regarding the processing of personal data in relation to the candidate's application received.
1. The administrator of your personal data provided in the recruitment process is Media System Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (ul. Zygmunta Augusta 7, 85-082 Bydgoszcz);
2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via the e-mail address: iod(at)mediasystem.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to: carry out the recruitment process;
4. The data provided will be processed: a. pursuant to art. 22 z n.1 §1 of the Labor Code - in the case of employment under an employment contract or; b. due to the need to determine the terms of the contract in connection with with the provisions of the Civil Code.
5. Providing data to the extent necessary for the proper assessment of the application and resulting from the Labor Code is mandatory, in the remaining scope completely voluntary - however, providing them may be necessary for the proper assessment of qualifications and experience;
6. The data will not be made available to third parties, except for the cases indicated in the law;
7. The data will be stored until a decision on employment is made, and in the case of employment or conclusion of a contract, until the time specified by law;
8. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing and the right to object.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
